WHAT WE DO
**Customer Service Skills Training**
We emphasize the importance of customer service skills in creating a productive and engaged workforce. Our training programs focus on teaching participants how to actively listen, identify issues, and develop effective solutions, which contribute to the retention of repeat customers.
**Employability Training**
Our employability training equips individuals with essential skills for the job market. Participants learn to complete employment applications and timesheets—both physical and electronic. We stress the importance of punctuality, maintaining a drug-free lifestyle, dressing appropriately for work, and adopting successful work behaviors that lead to sustained, gainful employment.
**Work Mentorship Program**
Our organization distinguishes itself through our long-term mentorship program, which continues beyond job placement. We provide ongoing support to participants during their 90-day probationary period and beyond, tailoring our approach to each individual.
